What we collect
- Order details from Etsy: your name, order number and the gift you chose. Etsy processes your payment; we never see your card details.
- Game content you send through our order form: names, dates, short texts, photos and the answer to the secret question.
- Your email, if you sign up for launch news and a discount code. We store it with the date, the page you signed up on and your country.
- Advertising cookies from TikTok and Meta — only if you click “Allow” in the cookie banner. They help us see which videos bring visitors. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
- Anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type) through Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
Why we use it
- To build and deliver the game you ordered (performance of a contract).
- To email you about our launch, new gifts and your discount (your consent; every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw it any time).
- To measure our ads, if you allowed advertising cookies (your consent).
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (legitimate interest).
Photos and personal stories
Photos and texts you send are used only to build your game. We do not use them for advertising and do not show them to anyone except the people who have your private link. We delete the photos and texts from our systems 30 days after delivery, unless you ask us to keep them longer for changes.
Please send only photos you have the right to share, and only of people who agree to be in the game.
Who processes your data for us
- Etsy — orders and payments.
- Tally — the order form and file uploads.
- Cloudflare — hosting of the website and the games, the signup list, order forms and photos, and anonymous analytics.
- TikTok and Meta — ad measurement, only with your consent.
- [payment provider, e.g. Gumroad] — payments for orders made on this website.
Some of these services store data outside the EU. They use safeguards required by EU law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Game photos and texts: 30 days after delivery.

- Signup emails: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights
